Steam the game store is losing a lot of triple A titles to epic games and other online retailers. But they seem to be replacing it with pornography. LOTS of pornography. It started with a few Anime Weeb games with censored nudity but now I open up the steam store and I'm greeted with a VR game "Love Vibe:Aria" Full blown sex acts on my front page. After some browsing it's everywhere tonnes of very similar games just different settings and different girls. This shit shouldn't be on steam. They mostly have bad reviews but the positive reviews are so cringey. It's up to steam what they put on their store but this feels so tacky.
I can't even sign on anymore to my steam after several attempts. I'm done with it for now and I remember seeing some High School visuals but not close up to hentai. But I haven't been on in a ""few months"", so I don't know what carnage is on there now.
Skipped battlefield 5 had the 10 hour trial and hated it. Shame as it used to be one of my favourites...
Just a heads up, if you go into your Steam settings you can set it to not show you NSFW/adult games. Go to Store Preferences, and scroll down to Mature Content, then untick the boxes that say Nudity and Adult Only. Then you won't see any of that stuff in the store
I'm not that bothered about seeing it. just baffled why it's on there. I'd like to stay in the know for now aha.
Weebs seriously ruin everyrhing they touch. Every community they join will soon be flooded with cringy weeb shit products. Steam, conventions, everything. Disclaimer: there is nothing wrong with watching anime.
Is that the one where you make cam girls ride roller coasters in your amusement park until they throw up on the sidewalk?
Honestly, I prefer no censorship, idk if some1 makes a hardcore bloodthirsty game or anything for kids. The more choices devs have the better.
This is the first I am hearing of this unfortunately. You are right that stuff shouldn't be on steam. I haven't really been on steam for about 6 months to a year. That does seem like a tacky thing to do. To be honest I kind of ignored Valve after the Artifact reveal, I was with the audience, as well as many others probably, when the audience reacted with an "Awwwwwwww". That may be old news to some people but that wound remains fresh with me.
