Day 11 Finally climbing the ranks again after my first hit of 22 days. The trick is it understand your emotions and be one with it. You also have to fight change, if you know it’s not gonna be good for you don’t do it. You have to create new routines and stick to them. Don’t look for comfort, even in boxing was coach was like “if your comfortable your doing it wrong!”. Everyday you get a little better it’s growth, that’s all that matters; IMPROVEMENT.
