Hey guys, i have been abstaining from PMO for 49 days now, I had left social media and was really turning my back to anything that would make me feel like fapping i really made sure i'd be occupied and not think about porn and it's paying but i don't have that self-protection feeling, i fear a relapse even though i took new steps in my life but i still feel like i've not build that nofap character that would substain and if someone has got some advice out there am listening.
Iam on day 21 and I have started giving statements to my mind, like 1. You can't win this time. 2. You have done a lot of harm to my body and goals. Now repay the debt. These kind of conversations will help you because its the subconscious mind that constantly show us the fantasy of PM and girls we dream about
50 Days of NoFap is Verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyy Gooooooooooooooooood !!!!!!!!!!!!! A …….GREAT ……. ACCOMPLISHMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!! You are being Proactive (taking positive & wise steps) to help your SUCCESS (left Social Media...…… turning your back to [giving the finger to] anything tempting ……. and keeping yourself OCCUPIED [think that is similar to what I call DISTRACTION ACTIVITIES] ……………. and "it is paying" as you say. (Positive dividends of SUCCESS...…… SELF-ESTEEM...…… CONFIDENCE ………… NO SHAME & NO FEARS...…………………………………………….. ALLLLLLL POSITIVES !!!!!!!!!!! You are building a NoFap character -- one Day at a time. Your temporary mindset -- perhaps fatigue induced-assisted -- reminds me of an old saying, "The fear I fear -- and it comes upon me." (This old saying can come true because our sub-conscious mind treats any idea we focus on as a Goal -- and seeks to fulfill it. *This may also be a sneaky technique of "our tainted, pmo minds" to go back to pmo (shame, weakness, bad example, brain-fog, perv, etc.) Feeling come...….. and feeling go. The are very UNRELIABLE. You are on a roooooooooooolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll !!!!!!!! Keep taking your Proactive, Positive & Wise steps for Success
don't know where i can start from your message gave me confidence to continue on my path of moving away from PMO and you too you got it.
