So when I see porn, masturbation, orgasm trackers, to me that would mean that is how long you haven't looked at any porn/artificial sexual stimulation, how long you haven't masturbated, and how long you haven't ejaculated. But there was a guy on this that had recently masturbated and ejaculated but hadn't watched porn, and his tracker still had a streak of no PMO. So it was as if because he didn't do PMO all together it was as if he hadn't broke that streak, because he just MOed and didn't PMO. That certainly isn't how I thought a streak was supposed to be? I would of thought if he done any of these actions that he would of broke his PMO streak. But it was as if because he didn't break them all that he hadn't?
Well, wet dreams do not count as O. And I suppose it doesn't count as M if you stimulate that part accidentaly.
I think there should be a Fitbit for your penis that could automatically count erections, masturbation and organism. It could upload directly to your NoFap counter. I call it DikBit and its copyrighted right here right now. Sales of DikBit could fund the site.
That is how I understand it also. Otherwise, you could watch porn daily with impunity and your tracker the tracker would be meaningless. You could reach any number you wish (just because you do not masturbate or have an orgasm). You could masturbate and orgasm without resetting your tracker, as long as you don't watch porn at the same time or on the same day. This approach would be a nonsense as rebooting from porn and masturbation addiction would never be possible.
It's definitely grey for me but i think it depends on what your goal was and if you personally feel you broke it. I haven't orgasmed except for once during sex in the past 51 days (as of the writing of this post) and i havent seen any legiti porn but ive seen sexy videos on youtube and ive thought about porn videos to get hard for sex but didn't orgasm to the thoughts. My thing was jacking off and coming to porn videos. That's how i defined it so i think itd be unfair to reset to 0 when i never considered that problematic behavior.
Like pretty much. I'm sure people do cheat, but really they're just lying to themselves and it's to their own detriment. It's best to just focus on your own journey.
I dont understand how O or M in any of their forms can BE NOT a relapse. They said that P will make you relapse, but not to M or O. Every time you expulse your sperm, you are lossing all your power. So, at least to me dont reset the tracker after O seems ridiculous. At least to me. Peace
I've seen people that reset or relapse and adjust their counters a few days later. The counter is just a way of keeping track of your progress, it's not a formal, binding statement. Furthermore, we don't have the same standards. For example, some people think edging is a reset, some not. Some believe that it won't destroy their reboot, some do...
