For those who have successfully rebooted (90 day or longer), I am wondering how we know when a reboot is completed. Is there a checklist somewhere that tells us what we should think and feel when done? I realize some people take a year or two to reboot (depending on age, frequency, edging, extremes, etc). I am on day 34 and have seen lots of benefits already which is making me wonder if I have already successfully rebooted. I am not craving porn, feel, relaxed, confident and peaceful and happy. However, I do have periodical flashbacks of porn I've viewed in the past. Does this too go away when the reboot is done? Should I assume that after I complete the 90 day challenge, temptations will go away? Thanks for any help you can give me with this conundrum. Cheers.
I think you're rebooted when regular morning wood is there, you have no problem at all during sex, and you would rather want a real woman than to PMO.
Okay, thanks. Morning wood is often caused by the full bladder pushing on the erection nerve and nothing to do with libido unless you had wild dreams. I agree with the rest of what you said though. I am thinking the PMO will likely be a choice to do it or abstain the rest of our lives. The feelings to just get less intense, is my guess on it anyway. Anyone else???
for a lot of people (including me) morning wood disappears when PMOing and returns gradually to full strength based on the length of abstinence. It has to be connected to sexual health or else this wouldn't happen. Maybe not libido, but ED?
Its great that you have seen benefits already! I would suggest keep cultivating healthy habits that enrich your life. It all depends how addicted you are to how long it will take you to reboot. You will know when you are rebooted. Congrats on over 1 month of no PMO though and keep moving forward
