Okay so day 0 is going great so far So far no urges to do anything, worst part is at night though... Day 0 almost complete, I will fill in the morning stating day 1
Day 2. I've been productive today but there's been the occasional drifting of thought towards PMO. I think it would be a good idea to stay out of bed until I'm ready to sleep. I'll have to study in my room for a few hours, so I may write to remind myself what I'm working towards. I often think of this habits in terms my different selves. One part of me wants to have pleasure and it's very persuasive, especially in the moment. The other part of me is driven and can be unsympathetic. It would be great if I could unseparate the two.
