Day 12/90 on the go. Actually these 12 days are quite easy than before streaks. Faced few minor thoughts and urges but overcame them. And also headache and feeling like loser.more new habits needs to be implemented. I am just reading a novel. Still I have to implement successfully the waking up early morning. I need to control the screentime of my smartphone. many more improvements, going to do it one by one carefully with consistency. Cheers guys.

Day 13 Brothers! Feeling heavy urges. Then the urges switching into sadness, not depression, loneliness Is this normal or how can I avoid it?
Completly normal, just chillout and try to thing about something else, sport and listening do music is good idea, just keep streak on!
Day 29. Almost 1/3 done, long way to go but also many days done yet. Cant stop now even if it is going to be hard now
