In this thread I gonna post my goals that I wanna do everyday to become the best version of myself. I think it will be easier to post everyday and know that everyone are trying too. I will use Day counter of nofap to track my progression. Feel free to share your goals and post everyday to share your story. Day 0: Go through the Noble Eightfold Path - RIGHT understanding - listen to Dhamma > 10 min - RIGHT thought - No game, NoFap - RIGHT speech - No tale-bearing speech, only say good words, Not too much kidding things - RIGHT action - No killing animal - RIGHT livelihood - RIGHT effort - RIGHT mindfulness - Focus on my body and breath as much as possible. Get out of thinking stupid things - RIGHT concentration - meditate > 10 min Lets go ... For myself and my family.
Day 1 : noble 8fold path I say swear words sometimes. Gotta be careful. I need to be more mindful on my body. lets go boiis
Day 2 : noble 8fold path My awareness is rising up (a little bit). I have to stay with NOW and stop messing with my thoughts. I hope u guys are doing well too!
Day 3: noble 8fold path I like to say nonsense things many times when I have no awareness. Gotta be careful. I ate in the night and feel that my body is heavy in the morning. So I dont eat before sleep anymore.
