Day 0/3. 20 minutes ago I just relapsed, so I feel like I need to commit to something. I want to go for as long possible, but sometimes your first goal needs to be doable enough that you can see success.
day 0 today ;( starting new i hope i will be able to do this challenge and beyond 3 days. My highest score is 5 days which was because my cousin was staying in the same room as me. Is it okay to do multiple challenges at the same time? What methods/tricks are you guys using? 1. using k9 to block all porn and i gave the password to my sister Lol it actually works a lot but i always manage to bypass it which renders it pretty useless. It all comes down to self will 2. i ALSO KEEP MY DOOR OPEN ALL THE TIME SO MY GRANDMA CAN SEE MY COMPUTER IF SHE WANTS. this works well!! 3. I also found out that tea makes me have urges which is so strange.... does that happen to anyone else. 4. I also got a rubber band to hit myself when i get urges but everyone says thats a bad idea but it works for me? but i have a big red mark around my wrist now, but its totally worth it. 5. Tried cold showers for the first time today, i screamed and the whole family rushed upstairs. Had to explain to them why im taking cold showers and they made fun of me. What other methods do you guys use? I also have a mirror next to my computer and i look at myself in it and i ask myself eloquently if i want to be a self-deprecating wankstain all my life.
I usually heard that tea takes the urges off ppls minds XD. Im not the biggest fan of tea myself, coffee kept me on track for a few days though, maybe give that a try? I used to do the rubber band thing, got me to my highest streak (like 12 days), however after that it just didn't work anymore. Self harm isnt the way. Cold showers are awesome. idk wht k9 is, but im using Cold Turkey keep urself busy (most obv advice, but u rly should work with it) Try meditating for a few (at least 10) minutes a day, should help. I keep note of motivational(?) things to keep me on track when the urges start to rly hit best of luck, thats all I rly got

Still in. The key is naps and research on the benefits of nofap. If you stay busy you don't get urges.
