I struggle with the same. Even though there's no "porn" on Youtube, I have a foot fetish and it's insanely easy to find material there. It doesn't even need to be explicitly sexual. I use Youtube regularly and I simply just will myself not to consume these types of videos. If you have a Google account, chances are Youtube is constantly recommending sexually themed videos to you, which is obviously counterproductive. I recommend starting a new Google/Youtube account and only watching "clean" content, so that you aren't tempted by the recommendations based on your watch history.

I'm going to give you and anyone struggling with youtube the advice that will change your life.

There are youtube extensions (for chrome and probably other browsers) that can remove all suggested videos, related videos, can remove the homepage, disable autoplay and so much more. I use DF Tube (Distraction free youtube) but there are much more available.

This way even if your recommended history is filled with sexual stuff, you will get no recommendations whatsoever.

Another way to remove sexual recommendations is to clear your browsing history both on your browser AND your youtube account (check video history and delete everything sexual or just nuke everything)

You probably can't. Try to set realistic goals for yourself, thats the only way to reach them.

Just delete YouTube. Later in the year when you have rebooted, you can decide if you want to use it again (with care). ;)
