Day 5/90. Hi folks. Fantastic day. Got up at 4.45am to play in a golf tournament... and did well. In good spirits, feeling grateful and looking forward to a good week next week. Keep strong team.

it´s normal that on the first days there´s no really motivation for something outside of PMO, cause the brain is hacked so PMO it´s the main motivation. However it´s simple to develop motivation for other things. 1- you got to find your objectives. ask yourself what do you really want to do in life, what are your passions, make a list of things. in alternative you can make a list of sentences: "when my life becomes ideal..." 2 - now work on them. each morning ask yourself "what can i do today of significance?", then through the day apply the answers according to your inspiration go bro!!!
yep, on the beginning i hide from her my problem. 12 years of secrecy but finally i realize i couldn´t handle this alone, i needed help. so i told her. after the initial shock she´s now supporting me, as you do my brothers . thanks for everything
