Hello NoFap community, I have been interested in the NoFap lifestyle and reading the reddit page for about 2 years, however never really had the motivation to join the conversation until now. I have successfully completed a soft-mode (i.e. not hard mode) reboot in summer of 2016 but have had several times of falling in the pit since then. I am struggling but making progress, and will be updating a journal as a personal practice to maintain this lifestyle. I look forward to interacting with you in the forums, although I also will be practicing restraint from high internet use during this journey. -MonkMode131
