guys who made it can u pls advise on how to control the urge when u see social media sites or tv when u see actressees with dashing photos.... it s almost a week i only have urges when i accidentaly see images on tv or something.....
I relapsed why i have clean the wardrobe? Have found my good and forgotten Magazines and this have triggered me. I have thrown they after i recognized what im doing into the bin from the neighbour house. So now it my pc clean and my room i start the challenge again! 0/7 Days
5 days... I know i can do this... But it is exhausting me... For years, the only thing i do when i am free is PMO. And now, i have to abstain. I do many other things instead, reading, music, jogging, studying, workout,... They are really helpful and great. But somehow it lacks something... Maybe it lacks that kind of frustration, tiredness, hopeless... So yeah i would rather go to hell than PMO. 2 day to go
Lets keep away from the triggering content...it lurks us into the PMO cycle! Woke up horny today, but in my mind a voice sayed: "-Dont do this! Do do this!!!"
