Not sure what kinds there are but I think am doing a simple one First I think about every part of my body until all are relaxed and I stop feeling them, then I focus on breath and counting with every breathe out. When my thoughts go away, I simply try not to be mad and to start counting again. I count from 1 to 10 and then from 10 to 1.
Day 3 Yesterday 20 + 20 mins. Today first 20 mins done, will do again before sleep. I am not sure does meditation have some with that after only 2 days but I got up earlier today and I am not feeling exhausted.
I just got interrupted after only 10 mins. Tonight will be better, last night I did 25 mins. This is Day 6
Day 24...... Was really exhausted and was about to sleep without meditating.. Thank god that did not happen.. I was barely able to meditate 10 min.... but something is better than nothing...
Day 9 Not sure why but before I started meditation this morning I felt a bit uncomfortable, and I could not focus at all, my thoughts were in a mess so I stopped after 11-12 mins of trying. But, last night I set up new personal record 25 mins. And I see myself in a few months how I meditate 1 hour a day easily. I promised myself a reward, If I do this 60 days challenge, I will buy a nice lining and pillow for meditation so I can meditate even better, for the rest of my life.
Day 27.. Meditated 20 min.... That's great.....keep it up.... I'll also try to improve the duration and probably do 1 hours easily someday......
I've been meditating frequently. Sometimes daily and sometimes every other day. I remember the first time I meditated for 30 mins and absolutely relaxed myself, I felt amazing afterwards. It was like a natural high but in a good and focused way.
