    I can't think straight, I fail to make the easiest of decisions, I'm confused, I'm always hiding away in a solitary place, like now I just bought something at the mall and I l'm just chilling alone on my phone texting. Facing a crowd of people is daunting, I shake, look down when walking, is it the guilt? It's terrible gents. I need help. now I have to go see a schoolteacher about my academic report I don't know where I will get the courage to face more crowds at the school campus. This is pure madness.

    I have been in your place before, and for this reason I feel like I can help;
    At this point, it’s time to focus on yourself. The crowds in school do not care about you, only themselves. The shame and guilt you are feeling is from porn, as your brain has also been wired to think that it is something shameful.
    Start working out if you haven’t already, take cold showers, eat healthy, and especially get rid of PMO.
    Do all of this one at a time, starting with the easiest of tasks to the hardest.
    Do not be ashamed of your previous/current PMO addiction. There are thousands of people who have the same addiction.
    Right now, what is most important is realizing that this PMO addiction is normal, and that you must improve yourself in order to change all of this.
    You are at a very good position right now. You’ve awakened to all of this and as a result, you are able to change.

    It's social anxiety. Like all anxiety it's a mix of physical and psychological problems. But it can change.

    The first thing is suggest is maybe read up about the science behind it and why your brain experiences these feelings, once you understand your brain and how the amygdala (the part of the brain that makes you feel anxious) works it puts things into perspective.

    Secondly, you need to get yourself into shape. Exercise is proven to reduce stress and promote good brain chemistry. Get well and get plenty of sleep (I'm a right hypocrite for this). Obviously NoFap will help as it will regulate your reward centre which makes you feel good for socialising.

    Finally, you must face what makes you uncomfortable. I know it sounds daunting but it works. Once you face what makes you uncomfortable the amygdala learns that there was nothing to fear and will not produce the stress hormones when in the situation again. You must do this over and over to get the benefits though.

    Hope this helps.

  5. Wow! Much of that sounds very familiar. I’m still struggling with getting my thoughts straight, making decisions, and being easily confused.

    I read that excessive porn use can lead to those things and I’ve experienced it.

    And the keeping my gaze downward while walking is something I’ve consciously stopped doing earlier thus year.
