Hi all, I believe I am suffering from PIED, almost 3 months into my reboot with 76 days completed. I still struggle to get full morning wood and erections in general. Libido is very hit and miss. What are your guys symptoms? Anything similar after this many days?
Bro just started getting regular morning woods and strong ones. You can check my counter. Trust the process
Hey mate, When did you start seeing progress? 76 days and seen some but not loads, still on getting weak morning wood
it comes and goes, not to tell every one is different. eat lost of fruit and veggies, watermelon, cucumber, spinach, bananas etc vit D Zink Maca vit B12 citruline
Coming up to 9 months mate. I have been on the bandwagon for five and a half years. Nothing ever got better whilst relapsing, only by comitting seriously and riding it out will you start to see glimpses of what’s to come. Best of luck pal.
Wow! That’s great, I have a lot of respect for that commitment! When did you start seeing improvements? Do you get morning wood?
I'm on day 15 and morning wood is improving but starting from no wood at day 1 but now it's like 70% with head go soft once I stand up from bed This is exactly the puzzle I want to solve, I'm questioning what if Hit days 60 to 90. will the boner be 100% will it lasts for 30 min! but what I have read for almost a year on this from this website and others. I find that if you spent 10 years on PMO you need to take streak of at least 3 months. you would get hard during sex and it will be successful but not sure if you go softer between sex possitions and still need touching but to have a rock hard erection (with no touch) that last for 30 min to an hour which we all want needs 6 months to a year. this makes since. Things needs time to be better. My goal is to make kissing an touching plusses not something you need to get hard. the goal is once you think of being alone with your partner or heading to her house, make you have a rocket down there which last for an hour. So 76 days is a starting point dude lool.
also what I have red is that nerves have stages to be reconstructed/regenerated just like any broken bone which takes months to have a fully recovered nerves and veins. NoFap is the process of making the bone stronger. morning wood is your bone once it's rising up, it's recovered peace
Does PIED differ from person to person? Even when I got to the point where I started this journey, I still woke up with a solid morning wood every day. My issue has been maintaining an erection for long enough to O.
I think so, maybe it’s genetic. I’ve struggled with erections for 3 years but always had successful sex when needed up until 6 months ago. I’m 79 days free from PMO but still can’t get hard and very weak and rare morning wood. Had all physical tests done except for venous leak which I’m very worried about
84 days today no PMO. This is my 2nd streak of 70+ days in the last 2 1/2 years with a lot of smaller streaks (3 to 5 weeks) in between and a few setbacks but nothing I think most would consider a major relapse. Before then I had severe PIED for several years finally leading me to take my addiction seriously. Anyway on both of my longest streaks I seemed to hit a stretch from about 40-60 days where I had big-time morning woods (regular and rock hard) and also good spontaneous erections with no stimulus at all. Then past about 60 days it tapers off. I'm not in a situation where sex with a partner is available to me so I literally have not nutted for almost 3 months so it's easy to wonder sometimes if my dick has given up on me but I'm gonna trust the process like others have said. Here's something that may encourage you though. At about 70 days, my flaccid starting hanging noticeably bigger with more veins than I've ever seen, and my balls started to look and feel huge. Also, most recently, when I do have erections even though at best they're 80%, that 80% is like the size of my best hardons when I was PMOing. I figure if I ever get back to 100% erection quality in current state it's gonna be a monster Besides NoFap I'm lifting heavy weights 3 or 4x a week, eating a testosterone friendly diet and supplementing with Vitamins B and D, zinc, maca, ashwagandha, L Citrulline and tongkat ali. Good luck, we've got this!
u said you were going to have test for venous leak... how was that test? did u actually had venous leak or any physical problem?
