I'm in! Today is day 0.

 

Sadly im back at 0/7. But i will learn from my mistakes.

 

I just feel the same you know. Its sometimes so weird. You get along with no PMO and boom all of a sudden you just relapse. We have to stay motivated and fight against these feelings. Good luck

 

Day 5.everywhere I go, every one talk about sex. It is very hard. You look at here, a girl half naked look at there , a image very sexy.

 

Just push yourself through the pain. Be always aware that you have your body under YOUR control.

7 Days in a row! Challenge is done! @2525 During the last months it was really difficult to complete a week without a relapse. Small victories are awesome!

 

At this point, I don't believe in numbers or streaks. But what the hell!
