Hi All, I am on my second streak after being failed the first one.I am on day 10 now(hardmode).However I am experiencing below feelings: Increased anxiety Sleeplessness Flatline I am also doing workouts but havent seen any improvements so far in terms of muscle gain. Is all this normal?
Keep at the workout, don't focus on muscle gain, rather focus on pushing yourself to do it faster or up the intensity of the workout. If you keep looking for muscle everyday, you'll not see it. Do you remember noticing that you were growing tall? No, usually people tell you that. So count on people to comment on your muscle gain, while you focus on doing the workout.
On ya mate, keep pushing. Day 14 here & my anxiety has been through the roof..I don’t let flatline beat me, I stay as busy as I can regardless. Anyhow, I have found oranges to really boost my mood also pure orange juice, no add junk or sugar ok.. Workouts are most important & getting some sun with green tea. I hope this can be of some help to you my friend
What does "hardmode" mean? Muscle gain: I think you need some month to see muscel gain, hardness, densitiy, shape etc. I have noticed muscle gain of my triceps, breast muscles, thighs after a year hard training. Just continue. You can drink a Whey after everey hard training.
