I relapsed yday, from 3 day streak. I'm thinking of setting up a masturbation schedule without porn or visual stimulus. Day 1, got some urges but I will fight through them. Want to complete 7 days so I can go to 14 days.

 

Day 2. Feeling depressed. Hoping that if I just carry this streak to tomorrow that I'll Be happy that I did.
