Eat some good fats, and get some good carbs, and some protein. It's also important that you eat a higher ratio of carbs to protein. Go to a health/supplement store and pick up some creatine. IIRC, Creatine is proven to increase T levels by at-least 20% Lift weights. Lifting weights will cause the body to produce more T. Lose weight. Believe it or not, being overweight can take a hit on T levels.
if i can give your advice : first get vitamin like zinc (it can be found on supplement, and pretty cheap), zinc is the most man lost when they ejaculate, get enough zinc for help produce your sperm second for rise your T-level, you need protein and b12, i think you can get it at almost every meat-kind food third and the most important is, get your iodine mineral, you can get it on fish, seaweed and vegetables like spinach or broccolli, or you can get iodine supplement in store, its not that expensive too. but iodine is the most imporant for our body, it makes our thyroid can work properly and doing PMO take so much toll in your body, and if you dont know, the symptomp of low thyroid hormone is like low libido, weak, fatigue, bag under eyes and hair loss.and since our body cant produce mineral like iodine, we need it for our body and it also determinant in growth factor. i think you only need that 3 things (zinc,b12,iodine) for rise up your T-levels, hope it help
