Antibiotics ruining my streak

I am on day 23 without pmo and i set up a streak after 3 months but the problem is that i am really sick now due to weather change and i am on antibiotics which is causing retrograde ejaculation and its painful af.. i feel like ejaculating the fuck out but i thought i should ask here first.. i had to wake up 3,4 times in the middle of the night because of semen leakage.
It didnt happen before i got sick but rather as soon as i took antibiotics its happening.
So what should i do? Should i cum to stop retrograde ejaculation or should i continue the streak and see what happens?
Its getting out of hands

 

Drinking lots of water, kegel exercises along with nofap cures it.
My case is different as i am sick af and cant bear anymore pain

Do you smoke? Drink? Get high? How much water do you drink in a day? Do you stay idle most of the time? All these factors are linked with semen leakage.
