yup .. failed in college miserably due to watching porn. Wasted my time and energies in college on PMO. Decreasing PMO resulted in good grades in university . Nofap boosts performance and increases focus. I have experienced it myself.
On my best streaks I have felt more clear, more focused and more energy. Those 3 is a good combination! Good luck!
Absolutely Yesss!!! I got increment from C+ to A- in just streak of around 14-21 days. I believe that when you go beyond 30 days your mind get free from brain frog which will be useful to increase your concentration.
Hellll yeah i PMOd during high school and i did okay, now in college after nofap my grades are so good i am 3th in my school which have more then 16000 students ,, i didn't even reach top 10 in my class in high school and it was easier back then,, nofap all the way
I haven't had consistent months back-to-back on nofap yet, but I have experienced a great increase in study performance during nofap! I failed many tertiary courses when I was into porn heavily. In the last two years I completed three in a row successfully. On days where I relapsed there was a massive knock on effect that hindered my studies... Now I'm heading into further studies that require more discipline and effort, and that's given me the drive to reboot for good. Good luck to all fellow students - nofap is without a doubt a pillar to success in our world especially.
I guess i am just too early into a NoFap Journey, but i just cant focus on anything at the moment. Whenever i try to read it's like my mind wonders away for some reason. On the other hand working out feels great i have so much energy. Just can't focus.
Yes, when im off the PMO for a while, i feel significant motivation to study and will to actually do something out of myself...
I hope so I also dropped out because of my pmo problem but I recently joined sexaholics annyonymous and it is helping out a lot. I was wondering does working out help with studies as well?
I defo feel more productive and organised @Dave_29 Yeah working out pushes your body to the limits, you become more determined and strong willed. Also the health benefits aswell. @chris555
Weird but true. I failed all my classes since i started pmo. Computing science always give me anxiety tho
