back at the 0 :-( but still proud that I have been sober for 17 days longest streak i a long time the more I learn about it the more I hate it sorry for the setback was really well on the way, hope this is another learning moment

 

Day 7 wooooh

 

After a 14 day streak I relapsed and binged for the past few days. I feel like I had to find the 'right time' to get up and try again when really I should have limited the relapse. Back at it

Day 4

 

Day 1 is down! It's crazy what a difference it can make to simply try to cutout PMO. I feel amazing today, and it comes after I was really feeling low on motivation for a few days.

 

I have completed 5 days successfully without PMO. 5/14

 

Day 2 done

 

No idea what day Im on... i think its 5 or 6 of 14.

I just show up. ... but hey.... over two weeks here... i think I noticed today my mushroom cap / firemans hat / peter head looks bigger.

Its amazing whatll happen when your weiner stops being abused.

Day3: 3 nights down.. out with friends.. kept my hands outta my pants.. feeling like today is gonna be stressful and might give into urges.. gonna stay strong! On a related note.. smoke free for 2 days as well..
