Moderater stop making this about counter and days the men felt that he improved his life and wanted to share his success with us it really doesnt matter when he started or how many days he abstained this whole counter and just abstaining rule is wrong if you wanna really succeed in nofap you gotta focus on your life goals not spend your time counting and reseting nofap is just an important tool to succeed .
