I think I started noticing these benefits around week 4 yes. I am currently in a flatline where it feels these benefits have actually dulled down, but this is to be expected as my brain re-wires. The benefits are subtle and you have to create mental space to really appreciate them. I think for me, keeping away from the internet and aimless browsing, gaming etc. helped a lot. It made me really pay attention to how I was feeling. This meant that if I felt stressed I really had to pay attention it, and not just sweep it under the rug (e.g. by watching porn to dull the effects).

Congrats man! Keep on keeping on! Do you still use Facebook or have you stopped using that as well, you know Fb being suggestive as well? (I personally found it a waste of time and at times triggering, so it was a impacting me big time and I had to leave it)
I think one motivational force and key here, even that I noticed, when I last did a little more than a month of no Porn, is that you definitely get more looks and attention from women. You have a different vibe, and they feel it. Keep that as a motivation to not masturbate.
