Awesome guys. I'm coming in and doing this off a two day binge. Proud of myself that I've made 10 days and I made it 7 days once. I've been o'ing with some ladies and it's honestly messing with my streak. I usually give into the the chaser effect. The 14 days of no pmo is a good starter. I will reach it
Check in 6/14 Extreme Urge today but i not watch pm feeling that i want to check to porn but on the other side i know will feel like a zombie of i check out go take a cold shower pray and then go downstairs to watch tv with the family. I am finish with this bad habit try to reboot my brain from that nasty shit. no one has become happy or rich by looking at Porn, that's why I can not spend my time on it I can do a lot more others things instead of Porn it upsets your brain.
