5 days done. Started with hardly any motivation but it's starting to return. Porn has taken too much from me to let it win!
You know what, it's not something else that induces in you these dreams, it's just your own brain which is energizing those ideas, because you're giving wrong direction to your brain capabilities. Better to invest your time in something useful, Don't waste your precious playing with these thoughts coz it'd lead you to nowhere but to relapse. My advice: Do some exhaustive exercise which will release some energy, and then plan what you can do, then have cold shower, apply some perfume and start your work
Day 14/14, yes!! I completed this challenge as well. @2525 time to add me to the hall of fame. Good to go for 21 days challenge, thanks for your continuous support and generous advice through your posts. And thanks to beautiful community who is not available when I need them.
@HashMachine, I'm using my counter to show my total days without PMO. In my case, I did the 7 day challenge before starting this challenge. I believe @Romans12:1 did the same.
Yeah, thought we had to start from zero. On day 9 total I believe. Happy to be at a point I don't even remember totals
Day 3 completed yesterday and Day 4 also almost completed..I think now the urges might grow slowly..hope I am able to curb them easily..
