After 189 days of NoFap/retaining my semen, I can attest to the benefits semen retention has on bodybuilding. I relapsed a few days ago and noticed how different I feel after doing my physio exercises (long story short: I had to hold off going to the gym for a few months while I get my arm fixed). Before the relapse, I get really, really pumped after the physio exercises. And they are nothing to be impressed about — a few cable exercises at 7 pounds. Yesterday, I went back to physio and... not much of a pump. Maybe I had an off night? Who knows but it sure feels like the semen retention has an affect. I’m going to do another 180 days and see what affects happen (along with muscle memory) as I ease back into the gym. Muhammad Ali was right. So here’s to another 6 months of semen retention!

I can attest to this. Semen retention goes along way in the gym. By no means am I advocating it's dbol or test or some other AA. I'm not the most behemoth creature in the gym, nor am I the smallest. But, not looking at porn and storing my masculine energy definitely has me elevated. I'm walking around a bit more confident and a bit meaner and it feels good to not give a fuck who sees it.
