i have successfully managed to tackle PMO for a month now i feel i can do it in the long run also, but i have am finding it difficult to cure nighfall.it is happening 2-3 times a week now.i am not able to control my sexual thoughts.i have started to feel depressed and weak.even meditaion is not helping enough. Should i seek therapy?

I doubt it. Therapy would address the underlying cause of both which is likely to be the same anyway.Anti depressants are an option too - can see your doctor for that.
