Some people are afflicted more heavily with strong urges than you may be be. So much so, that they can barely get through one day without the weight of those urges seemingly crushing them. I suggest being respectful of others and keep yourself from declaring that it is just easy for you to do this challenge. To some this declaration may project a sense of arrogance.
That's good man. Just be careful of leaning too strongly on motivation only to get you through. Motivation is fleeting in its nature. You may and most likely will wake up one morning and find it missing. I have been down this path many times with motivation. It's very good for a strong start, but self-discipline is needed for the long run, as it can be molded into a firm foundation to stand upon when motivation begins to fade or is suddenly absent.
