I find what I see and hear not long before I go to sleep affects my dreams, if I have any, and/or how I wake up feeling. I personally listen to a short mantra with headphones before I fall asleep. I've kept this habit for quite awhile now and have noticed it keeps any possible wet dreams or waking up having morning wood suppressed, along with giving me a sense of tranquility in spirit. Our own minds can be programmed by what we see and hear, just make sure you yourself are the one doing the programming.
I try to take a cold shower in the morning. when you sleep, don't put your phone beside you. put it somewhere else so you have to get up to it. I literally throw it on the couch when i go to bed. Thatay helps

Good day today, and I'm really proud of myself yesterday for letting some temptations pass over me. It definitely wasn't comfortable, but it felt great after the fact knowing that I was sticking to my Big Goal. Today my friend said some things that kind of turned me on (completely unintentionally on her part), and I was worried they would affect me when I got home. Luckily, I didn't get home until so much later after the fact that it is no longer a potential problem.
