Just relapsed after three days. Just found this forum, so I am going to be taking part. Starting the goal small and then going from there.
Same boat. I do the exact same things to control myself. I probably spend 90min a day watching nofap vids or reading ybop articles. I just finished day 6 and am now on day 7. I was thinking about taking a break as well before starting the 14 day challenge(maybe MO without P), but I don't know if it's such a great idea. Does anyone have any experience with hitting a goal? Better to keep fighting through or is taking a break no big deal?

I almost passed the sixth day,.I had a date today and I was a little more sensitive to that girl, much more sensitive than a usual first date. It was a little unusual but I passed it.
Day 6 yesterday was complete. Day 7/7 has gone well too. I have completed the challenge. All the best to you all on this challenge.

I don't think MO is a good idea.. 1st you'll loose the energy you have and there are risks it might take you back to square 1 and end up doing PMO. Keeping it clean is the best idea or maybe getting real sex from a partner without MO is okay.. taking a break off any challenge is a great way to train your mind.. this is because you keep yourself clean without any goal which I feel is a great thing to do.
