It's day 45. Feeling amazing. Third attempt.Thanks all of you guys for being an inspiration. Will post a detailed journal on day 60. Now my goal is to reach at 90 days mark.hopefully will reach at that mark. Thank to all of you guys again.

Hi all fapstronauts, It's been 60 days of no pmo for me till yesterday. & I am feeling so energetic & happy about it. Cant say about super powers but believe me, it feels so good. Urges for pmo are there, but i can confront them now( from certain tools & techniques i learnt & believe me these techniques are really effective, if followed). I am not that good in posting journal regularly. A big sorry for that. Finding a new job may be a fair reason. A little bit about me. I am 28 year old male. Addicted to M from past 17 years & 9 years to porn. I always wanted to quit P&M and I also tried sometimes like for 12 days, 20 days but failed due to lack of knowledge & will power. My fetishes for porn were worst. Sometimes I watched porn for 4-5 hours & faped for 4-5 in a day. Weak memory, , lack of will power, weak physic, anxiety, negative thoughts, tiredness,lack of concentration were some were some things, I was facing from years. In April 2017, I lost my job & for the next three months, I did only three things >>porn, masterbation & smoking cigarettes. I wanted to quit these addictions so desperately but couldn't. But in late July, I decided to quit this addiction. I did some research, read on Internet, read about the persons who successfully quit pmo for a longer period & during this research I found NOFAP. initially I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes ( I used to smoke 15-16 cigarettes daily) but when I passed 1 week without smoking. I also did not pmo during this week ( because according to me, it triggers aphrodisiac, horniness) then I esearch that HOT TO QUIT PMO. Initial 40 days were very hard. Urges were so strong in initial days of reboot But gradually things got manageable. so my findings so far are mentioned below :- 1. MEDITATION & yoga[ I do kapalbhati, anulom vilom, nyoli (for wet dream)]. 2. Stay away from explicit music vidios, pictures of ANY KIND. No watching more then 3 seconds. 3.do not touch D. Except while peeing or bathing. 4. Whenever erotic thoughts comes let them go just like a closed eyes spectator. 5. Have patience, good things takes time. 6. Do shavashana & meditation to strengthen will power. Also do this exercise --breath in & exhale out after 3 seconds. Do this for 5 minutes. 7. Read books like " breaking the cycle", " the willpower instinct", the power of habits", your brain on porn" & "meet your happy chamicals". 8.Follow your religion & it's preachings. Read your religion's holy book. & communicate with God daily. Believe me talking to god gives you mental strength. 9. Don't fight your addiction. Instead try to heal it gradually. Use your will power. 10. Make longer goals & break them into small parts. Like 1 year>3months> 1months> 1 week 11. Keep rewarding yourself after a goal is achieved. MOST IMPORTANTLY, STAY POSITIVE & BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.

If urges are strong, do this thing. Just inhale deeply, hold your breath for 3-5 seconds & release. Just focus on it. Do it for 5 minutes or if urges are hitting really hard, you can increase the duration. Believe me. I have tested it on me & it really worked. Apart from this, try to avoid electronic gadgets. Use them if it's emergency. & use the above mentioned things then you will have the willpower to surpass the urges. Do not try to experiment with your hand. You have reached on day 30, can reach on 60 & so on. Believe in yourself. Hope this will help you.
DAY 70 of no pmo hard mode. Feeling good. Although urges are still there but confronting them successfully. Overall enjoying the new life. If you are getting confidence, better health, better life just by quitting pmo. Then quit it fellas. It really worth to quit it. THANKS NOFAP & ALL FAPSTRONAUTS
Thanks for your concern Paul. hope it motivated you. Yeah changes after 60 days are incredible like increased confidence, urges are not that frequent & strong as it used to be inbetween 30-60 days, craving to be more social, no anxiety, glow on face, more energy etc.

Thanks brother. We all are motivators to each other. You can fight your temptation. It's easy after 45 days. You gotta be strong when urges hit you. There is no short cut. Stay strong & happy
Hi hapular, my most difficult time was between day 50 and 60. Last week was a very good week. You're close to day 90. I admire you. I admire that you have been strong and abstinent for so long.
