You can imagine this challenge as a war with 180 battles. It is all about strategy. It is you and your brain. Your brain knows you. He wants to let you feel safe with your achivements and in your moment of glory it will try to attack. If you stand your ground your brain will fail to trick you and he will have to adapt to your new way of living (because if you are always strong it has no other option). So STAND YOUR GROUND and remember: be grateful for this urges, transform them into oportunities, PROVE YOURSELF HOW STRONG YOU ARE. Those are the most important battles in the war. So who leads? Your brain? The urges? or it is YOU (and I mean your true form) Cheers #beTHEwarrior
Oh and checking in. Day 15. Still strong. But boy those last days were like a f*cking rolocoster. Got quite some significant shit to deal with right now. But...I somehow manage to stay clean. I've made my decision. Stay strong brothers and sisters. A better future awaits. Cheers! /Baldur
To all FAPstronauts, most of us suffering from depression and anxiety as we start reboot. I went a psychiatristhe prescribed me anti depression but it bring side effects like heartburn and loose stool and drowsiness. So i search alternative medicine, i found Aswagandhaa Ayurveda medicine for stress and depression. I took it for 5 days and withdraw symptoms reduced much without side effects.Note i took powder 5 grams twice a day after food with vegetarian diet always. Have a try.
Successfully crossed two weekends which are the vulnerable time for relapse, This is my longest streak, i will reach 180 days for sure no matter how much withdraw symptoms come.
Guys don't get too crazy with which day you are! Remember it's a journey and if you fail after 30 or 60 days, just know that you still made some progress! I know it happened to me back then and the same happens to a lot of guys on nofap. The truth is we are mentally defeated when we relapse and go back to day 1 and our self esteem is destroyed. Even if you relapse after a lot of days on Nofap, just reap the benefits of what you have done the last 20, 30 or 45 days! The truth is if you relapse once, it's just a setback of a couple days, like 5 or 10 days! I know in this Challenge the rules are strict and yes, you do have to go back to day 1 but no that mentally you're maybe just 10 days behind. Here are two videos explaining the consequence of a relapse.
