Day 4/21. Sexual desire is part of nature, you just have to discover how to focus on good and productive things for yourself or for others. That is, I get used to having certain sensations in some moments of day to day. The important thing is to stay focused and not lose sight of reality. No one fantasy or self-satisfaction can better the day. Let's live with optimism and goodwill
I checked the Amazon reviews. It looks good. Also check out: Life after Lust. It's really a good book. I'm reading it. It has a LOT of resources. It's written by a former porn addict turned into a certified sex addiction therapist. He knows his stuff. He's in his 12th year of living a porn-free life. @User047 @2525 - you both might be interested in this book as well. EDIT: It's on sale only tonight for 99 cents if you buy it in the Kindle Book Edition. Only tonight (09/22/17 or European Date: 22/09/17 right?)
Day 3/21 It's quite boring day, at just home. There were some thoughts on P, But didn't give any stronge thoughts on P. I just changed my mind to music. Doing new activities would be definitely productive, as mind will not think about PMO anymore.
@Johnny Johnson I am really glad you bough it It is amazing book! Out of all "self development" books I've read so far, that is the only one I can actually call "life changing". @seaguy44 Get that book as fast as possible And thank you for that recommendation, I will check it out. Day 4 (Total 25) - What a great milestone! 25 Days! That's my best attempt in this year. I had another dream, actually there were 2 different dreams. This time I did not dream about porn, but about masturbation. Got triggered by the women's I know. I guess that's a progress Waking up after that sucks! Not the mention erection.... It felt like I have truly relapsed, it took me a couple of minutes to realize it was only a dream. As for erection, it wen't on it's own. It is difficult to not relapse after waking up like this, but I did not! As for anxiety, it is still there. Can't really do much about it, but it doesn't really bother me. It will pass anyway.
day 1 of the challenge went pretty well. I'm gonna start the second day! meditation helps a lot fellas!make sure you're doing it every day early morning or before bed!
Sorry man, I missed the offer, but I don't use kindle much anyway. I'll definitely be checking out that book as well. Thx for sharing.
Seriously, you were not joking about how life changing this book is. I'm so glad I bought it; what an awesome purchase.
So motivating! Moderators/Administrators: Can we make a pinned Book and Video List? I think it would greatly benefit many members in this community.
I am writing a guide on how to use those "Four Steps" to deal with urges. I am using that method and it is working great so far. I was kinda busy lately so it is taking me more than it should. I will do my best to finish as soon as possible. It will probably help you a lot and motivate you even more to read, reread, and apply everything from that book.
