Hello Everyone, This is my first time ever!!! I am choosing to do this 7 days. It seems doable. I was a bit overwhelmed yet I felt encouraged to see that some people are doing a 500-day challenge!!! For now, I hope to start small but keep it consistent.
Day 1 today, got back home, immediately had the urge to open up the com and click away, but stepped back and clicked the panic button instead. Urges slowly went down, self discipline, self-love, confidence and willpower. Let's go!
Day 1 in the books now. I know why I slipped up on the weekend -- I didn't follow through with my self-care plan. Let's do it right this time.
Day 4 today and doing better than I thought. Same as some other members here and starting to get sexual dreams now
Day 1 just went from being average to incredible! I just took a two-hour bike ride. It was AWESOME! I forgot just how much I love riding at night. I felt so good I even went looking for extra hills. Who needs PMO?
Todady at 17:20 it will be my 4th day. I managed more, but the last time I relapsed it was really hard to restart. As soon as I complete 7 days I will move on to the 14 day challenge. And maybe continue from there. Keeping a daily record.
Hi guys, it's been some days since I last posted. I have not PM for 14 days already, but had 3 O, as I had sex. I still can tell the differences: 1. My voice is stronger 2. My muscles feel stronger 3. My emotional state, feels stronger, less anxious 4. Women seem to smile more at me. So, is it worth to stop PMOing, yes it is. Stay focused.
I feel writing a post everyday keeps you more involved and connected with others who have the same goal, that in and of itself will help to keep you motivated.
I feel focusing on the current day, everyday, is the most effective approach, as looking too far forward (especially at the start) in aspiration could cause you to start losing sight of the detrimental effects this habit causes allowing you to become too lax in your determination to overcome this habit. I have went 21 days, 14 days, 19 days, etc. and every time I have failed because I lost sight of what this habit causes within my being by refocusing too far forward in aspiration.
That's awesome. I go riding quite a lot. Great exercise for restless legs. I feel much more so than just leg presses or the like. Helps me to re-energize.
On Day 3 , today urges were low and I had better control over my mind but still a long way to go. Next few days will be the real test and I am prepared to face it full throttle. Bring it on PMO! I will fight you till your death!
I feel being too strict on your own personal care routine can result in stress, especially if you mess it up a bit. I now allow myself some sway when it comes to my daily routine and that alone relieved any potential stress for slipping a bit on personal care. As stress can weigh on you trying to overcome the PMO habit. I still strive to keep personal care nicely inline, of course, but don't beat myself up if I slip some. I just make note of it and continue on staying focused with as much efficiency as I can.
2 weeks left in the month I'm going strong until it's broken. Starting today Monday seven days no problem bye porn I hate you .
