To yeaaahhh i completed it too days r passing good without arousal and feeling more confident day by day......... Completed my 14 days challenge today.... Ready to go into hall of fames
Congratulations on making it to two full weeks!! However, I think you should read the rules When you join this thread you are starting from Day 1 (here) no matter what Day you are on. So, join us, by the time you finish this challenge and enter Hall of Fame you will be at 28 Days!
I'm trying, but I'm just not in the mood to do anything. Especially because I have a headache and it gets worse when I'm on my phone watching videos or something... Thanks for the advice though, I'll try my best.
Day 0 is today, and this is exactly what I plan to do: 14 days (for now) I am journaling in the 25-29 reboot log Let's go
Day 10/14. I remain committed to my goal. Life situations are not easy. We must resolve the urgent and the important first. Little by little everything will have more sense. Do not despair. Patience will be my flag from now on.
Electronic devices do not make headaches go away for sure. My suggestion... Breath ijn and out. It sounds odd, I know. Breath in (3 times) with a wish (e.g. headache go away), breath out(3 times). Breathing is something we 've forgotten in the cities. I do it in another way, spiritual one, but the key is breathing! Diaphragm!
I like your idea of graphing your journey. I might try that myself. Also a good idea to type out all the tricks that your brain uses to try to make you relapse. Aside from exposing the dodgy logic of those thoughts, it should also help you see them as 'just thoughts', rather than as reality. Then you can put some distance between yourself and them, and remember that they will inevitably pass.
Hi everyone! Today is 7 days out of 14 day challenge. Halfway DONE!!!!! Total: 14 days, will be 15 days. In just two mere days, I'll be on my longest streak of no PMO since age of 11. It's a great day. Urges minimal. Erections better. Happier overall. NoFap really works!!!! My healing is only just starting. I appreciate everyone's support! you all can do it! Stay Strong, brothers!
Day 1 is about over, haven't had to destroy my phone yet. So hoping this is the final motivating factor in my recovery.
