"I have made some progress and would like to share my symptoms. Whether they all stem from NoFap:

Firstly, I must report that my cravings for those disgusting sexual things have significantly decreased, and I now find them repulsive myself. I experience a sensory overload, meaning that I perceive my environment much more intensely. I sometimes find communication with people to be strenuous. I frequently have muscle twitches and believe I also suffer from occasional bouts of 'lover's pain.' What concerns me somewhat is muscle tension in the abdominal and chest area. I have had this for a while and I don't move much. I have already seen a doctor about it, but nothing conclusive was found. Could this also be from NoFap?" In general, I still have some fears

Its been spoken on this forum enough, the problem is human weakness
and that it is not in the vacuum, but that we exist in societal flow
of history and economy and fake news and all the Hollywood propaganda
beating into your eyeballs from very early age sex sex sex... and
other vices tabacco and alcohol industry - other propaganda involved,
then multiply that by millions of people across multiple nations and what do you get?

A well intended wise guidance to healthy global society?

Its part of our reality, informational reality of what people consume.

People make choices, and live in the outcome of their choices.

I made these decisions in my youth, was an outsider and felt bad. I felt safe in porn

What can I do to make this better other than continue to abstinent. Still have to do everyday life. I have a deep, stabbing pain in my head every now and then. extremely thirsty. How long does something like this last until it gets better?

I would like to add that because I have now worked a bit with dopamine. I was once in the psychiatric ward and was diagnosed with schitzoprenia. Ridiculous from today's perspective. But as I've read, it's also caused by high dopamine levels. Some people at school thought I was taking drugs. Which was never true in the classic sense. Only porn and masturbation, which are basically the same thing. The sad thing about the doctors is that everyone else told me something, but not that I watch too much porn. So I basically took my drugs while I was still in the psychiatric ward
