The latest TIME magazine cover story is called "The Mindful Revolution: The Science of Finding Focus in a Stressed-Out Multitasking Culture" and it's about people turning to meditation and mindfulness exercises to find true focus in this constantly connected world of mobile digital technology. It focused particularly on the exercises' growing prevalence among Fortune 500 and tech companies. Ironic right? Tech company employees using meditation to get away from their technology in order to gain focus and inspiration to make better technology. Anyway, neat article for anybody interested in mindfulness or meditation.
