I think 27 days is not so bad for me but this time i learned a lession. But first I am gonna tell you guys about something from the first day of the streak. I stated with a plan to make me busy and the first 2 week is fine. I stick with it, i running every morning and i love the morning, I go to work with a good spirit, the performance is more than expected, I also workout after work and learning new skills at home. The next 2 weeks, I dont comply with my plan. One times a week for working out is not acceptable and i no longer focus learning new things, and finally I PM. I think that is the reason to the problem. I have to learn to focus and have strong mind. I will try next times. Can you guys suggest me any idea to make me better ?
