Hey guys! I am now on a 2-week streak, before that I was on a 180-day streak.
After quitting PMO, I began to feel the following:
    • High blood pressure 150/100 (Never had this before)
    • Social anxiety is very bothersome.
    • Tension in the neck and back (this makes your gait seem to change)
    • Dizziness and brain fog

    What I'm doing:
    • Cold shower
    • Gym
    • Cardio loads
    • Proper nutrition
    • Dream

How long will this last and what can be done? If anyone feels the same, please share)

your withdrawals are a mere cake-walk when compared to mine. My mental health was on brink of total breakdown. Almost all mental health disorders at once when I quit PMO. But sadly, there is no alternative but continuing Nofap and most importantly semen retention

I see a psychologist regularly. What else? Yoga, moderate exercise, meditation, hot baths, psilocybin, recovery meetings, reading good books, daily walks, taking care of my house/life/ responsibilities, healthy hobbies, accountability partners, etc.

    Withdrawals are not forever.

Grateful to be free of the PMO addiction for 8 months, by the grace of God.

Stay busy every single time. Don't wander around with useless stuff.
