I wished for some more interesting relations and conversations here, but, I'm grateful it did not go that way, as its pointless to anchor yourself here for too long, its not worth of focusing too much on the problem, as much as it is better to invest in overgrowing that problem by energetic activity in other areas. In short I'm busy in media and in actual local communities, making my little contribution to make a world a better place, and I'm gonna give a funny comparison of just how much successful you can be in video games, scoring head-shots, defeating enemy tanks and airplanes and conquering the entire continents and yet at the end of the day your life still sucks and you hate yourself... then I find even little simple works and help, make such a disproportional benefit to my mental well being and health and motivation that is difficult to describe... simple things of life, that bring so much joy, the super duper hype that leaves you so empty of a shell of human being...
You know everything in life is temporary-but still I see value in cultivating habit of daily status update here and to be honest big chunk of my daily routine (cold showers and meditation included) would just not exist without this challenge. Thanks to continuous self reflection I was able to approach things in a way which makes those far easier to maintain and simple form without any spam actually makes it less time and energy consuming-as matter of fact couple years ago I gave up on NoFap as ton of chats and various challenges consumed easily 2-3 hours daily and resulted in FOMO and “burnout”. Keeping stuff simple makes it easier to maintain and at the end each person has its own life and needs tailor made set of rules-so there is even hardly any value in comparing your rules to anyone but your past self!

Streak Day: 10(thu) Summary: Beach day. I’ve been sunburned. We visited multiple nice places and walked more than 15km. It was nice day but in the evening strong urges came and once again I watched some nsfw google image stuff. I have not fully relapsed and at some point I gained control and closed browser. It is tricky to handle as I am using google all the time and I even already have safe mode turned on-also not using phone or downgrading to one without internet is not possible right now.
