It can take 90 days or more before ED from PMO subsides. It will require drastically reducing the amount of porn usage over long term. It isn’t your member that is the issue. It’s the affect of porn on your brain and then the signals that your brain sends to your member.

The first time you're trying to shake porn, it is really rough. Like you're climbing the walls wanting to masturbate all day. You just gotta tough it out mate. Don't assume you've got ED until you're 180 days+ clean. If after six months you're still pushing rope, then maybe look into what's going on. The chances are things will improve once you cut out the scud.
