I feel good, kind of irritated for no reason again. I was on Facebook and saw just straight up porn, it was being advertised by Facebook themselves. It really triggered me, and I tried to watch porn, but I didn't because of the safeguards I set up for moments such as this. I'm going to stay off of Facebook from now on after that. Thank you everyone. I hate this because my brain is trying to find every possible way or excuses to watch porn again. How long until I start to get self control back again?
You should quit all forms digital data except whatsapp and trust me if I can do it (my job is all about computers) everybody can do it.
