Hey, just want to start by saying Im committed to my recovery, just curious if people share this experience. my body has been spasming, really bad at times and I notice I have "the shakes." - it happened in public the other day too, and it was really intense. It feels like a drug addiction detox or something, where Im also just like sweating and twitching and insomnia...just messed up. My recovery is going great and Im not minding toughing it out. but I have other health problems so I was curious to know if this is part of PMO recovery? my gut tells me yes...
Is there anywhere in particular in your body that you are shaking? Chest? Abdomen? Arms? Pelvis for example.
