    Admit you need to catch yourself now. Do the opposite of a porn addiction and look for NoFap youtube for insight. When presented in thought of porn or not, flex your will then. Thats really important to make that choice at that exact cross road. Your brain will like that and those pathways will get stronger.

    Yes I can I think you're currently feeling frustrated with you're daily routine. To avoid this frustration you need to make a deal with your brain that if I cross this day then I will eat or do or watch any movie or series what I like set rewards it should be weekly rewards not daily
