    Do you have blockers on? You should block these chat rooms, try using k9 on your laptop or pc, it did wonders for me. Also just avoid the whole thing man, it is very addictive and can drag you down easily. Don't beat yourself up over this, learn from it and move on, don't repeat the same mistakes, over an over again. Cheers man.
