Hello, I'm a 39 year old male who has struggled with PMO addiction for several years. The problem started because I ended up in a gay relationship where my male partner showed now sexual interest in me (he has always been into guys in their twenties, even though I look very young for my age). Of course I moved on from this relationship. Anyway, as a result of this situation (and my ADHD), I started masturbating more and more, to the point where I was masturbating several hours a day, and as you can imagine, the problem of "death grip" resulted. One of the major consequences is that I have done damage to the skin on my penis. It has a lot of wrinkles on it, like way more wrinkles than a penis on a man my age should have. It looks really, really bad when flaccid, but fine when not. As you can imagine, I have also lost some sensitivity. Here is my question: I know that I there are various ways to address the lack of sensitivity, however, is there anyway I can address the wrinkles on my penis? Is there some kind of treatment that men can use to rejuvenate the appearance of their genital skin? The condition is very embarrassing and makes me quite afraid to be nude in front of another person. In fact, a sex partner even asked about what was wrong with the skin on my penis. If I could get hard, It wouldn't be noticeable, but the wrinkles on my flaccid penis make me so nervous and in my own head that I stay soft and can't have a complete sexual experience. If anyone knows of any cosmetic procedures to treat these wrinkles, I would really appreciate if you would share them. I know that for straight men, this might not be as big an issue. Many women aren't really into the look of a penis anyway. However, for gay men this is a huge deal. Any future sexual partner I have is going to want a reasonably good looking penis.
