i speak about those who suffer of PIED. I am not a scientist but the appearance of MW does not rely on the same pathways that lead to an awake erection ? Many scientific articles affirm that it is due to the parasympathic system that get activ when we are sleeping... Have you any answers ? Personally i have severe PIED but i got back my MW after 4 days of streak.
