Why Do The Beautiful Fall?

We men & addicts tend to think beauty is value. We think it’s power and self-esteem. From a female perspective, beauty is elusive. I’ve never met a woman who was satisfied with the way she looks; there’s always something she wants to change, she never feels beautiful enough. Porn producers use that vulnerability to manipulate women into believing they are fortunate to even have the attention.

From someone not constantly consuming porn’s perspective, there’s a lot of things other than beauty, or sex, that give a person value. These things aren’t as easy to see, in others or in yourself. It’s easy to imagine selfishness, even narcissism, in another person that is physically attractive. While we don’t tend to think of ourselves as self-absorbed, another trait we frequently associate with attractive appearance is intelligence, or lack of it. Some even lean into the bimbo/himbo stereotype, but others fear they genuinely are not as smart as they should be. This is another vulnerability the pornographer exploits. They tell a young woman, usually one who has been psychologically abused from an even younger age, that she’s barely pretty enough to do porn but otherwise valueless. These guys are also experts at isolating women, and making women feel as if they, the porn producer/pimp, are the only person in the world who cares about them, and will protect them from even worse predation from others. So she’d better do whatever the pimp wants, because she can’t possibly make it on her own and she’ll be abused if she doesn’t. At this point she doesn’t recognize she’s already being abused.

There’s a couple other angles a pimp can use to exploit women, but I think it mostly boils down to preying on fear, sometimes on vanity. Probably it’s always both, and they simply adjust the mix based on their target.

The porn industry likes to make us, the consumers, believe these young, beautiful women are competent and confident, that they choose this lifestyle because they are hypersexual and having the best time. There’s another thread right now, though, discussing the unusually high mortality rate in the porn industry due to drug overdose and suicide. That’s not the behavior of confident, happy people. That’s the behavior of people trying to escape their pain.

women arent stupid they can be young maybe naive and men who treat them like shit know they couldn't get her in real life and women begin to catch on . at the end of the day when it comes to cams women dont know who there talking to it's just a paycheck. when it comes to porn some women want to get paid and have sex at the same time you think women are innocent creatures sure some men can be controlling and some women fall for it but plenty of women make porn to get paid and get laid

 

I think there are several reasons someone would get into the porn industry:

1. They grew up as porn addicts and fantasize about what it would be like to be a porn star. How many of us during our addiction at some point did not think, "I wish i could be a porn star. Bang all these beautiful women and get paid for it. That would be a great life."
2. They have some sort of childhood trauma and never dealt with it.
3. They are being manipulated into the industry by someone they think loves them.
4. Power. Initially it gives the woman a feeling of power over men knowing she can manipulate them. And how often have you seen where a porn star will say they would never date any of their fans. It's because they are disgusted by the guys that watch porn.
5. In my opinion this last one is probably the biggest reason...MONEY. Maybe they wanted to be a real actress and are finding a tough time to get a real acting job and are struggling to pay the bills and have the basic essentials. Female porn stars can make anywhere from $500 - $2000 per scene depending on their popularity. Someone starting out can make $500 per scene, film 2 scenes in a day, do that 5 days straight and you have $5000 for the week. Someone struggling to pay the bills is given a $5000 pay check at the end of the week, they most likely will come back and do it again.
